The Northwest zone of New York differs from the Northeast zone not so much for its architecture but for its social condition ;_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf5cf58d_the park central seems to be a social economic barrier invisible that divides the area of embassies and museums -in the eastern zone- from a place with  arquitectura victoriana but with  different conditions.

This area is inhabited mostly by Afro-Americans, Latinos (Spanish Harlem or "el barrio") and immigrants from all over the world._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

Harlem has special conditions: it borders the river Hudson to the west, and to the east Broadway Avenue ceases to be a pleasant place, becoming an invasive structure that supports the subway. En estas condiciones se requería diseñar un rascacielos con visulales al rió Hudson y Nueva jersey, con espacios públicos accesibles para a vulnerable community, offices and a proposal for environmental sustainability.

PROPOSAL

The proposal does not intend to solve all the problems mentioned, but it does intend to mitigate shortcomings such as that of public space, and the increase in temperatures in the neighboring sector that are  created by this type of buildings and can be seen in the lower and middle  Manhattan.  _cc78-bb5-3db5cf18de_3c194-3b5-5cde-bb5bad5-5c74-3db5-3cbad5-3cbad5

Los anteriores objetivos se estructuran creando un   "núcleo central biológico" que conecta _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ to Harlem -and two new public parks proposed- with the upper levels.

The two structural nuclei  allow free floor plans to perform the functions required in the tender specifications.
