About the Sumiyoshi house

Located on a corner lot of 118 m2 in Bogotá, the urban regulations of the sector reduced its built area  to only 28 m2 per floor. Even so, the house manages to develop the entire program in 5 levels.

 

The large windows of one of its facades de  allow light to reach all rooms, stairs and common areas. The two-color brick helps to contrast the proposed volumetric play.
